PBMC Isolation and Sample Storage Workflow
STEP 1
Receive Sample & Register to LIMS
Fresh whole blood sample is shipped to us. Upon receipt, sample is registered in the Limfinity® Sample Management System software, which supports 21 CFR, part 11 compliance and continually tracks parent/stock sample and child/aliquot relationships.
STEP 2
Sample Processing
Beginning within 24 hours of receiving sample, sample processing follows unified SOPs and ensures consistent sample integrity and quality.
STEP 3
PMBC Separation
Rapid isolation of PBMCs from whole blood is performed while maintaining robust QC standards.
STEP 4
Cryopreservation & Storage
Samples are viably cryopreserved using client-specified media and concentrations. Samples can be shipped out for downstream analysis or stored at Azenta for future use.
STEP 5
Downstream Analysis
